3-in-1 MEMBERSHIP:
By joining HBA of Greater Siouxland you automatically become a member of the Home Builders Association of Iowa (HBAI) and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). All three associations join forces to successfully address difficult issues facing the building industry.
CRITICAL NEWS & INFORMATION: Members are informed of local building code requirements, legislative activity, and upcoming local events through the monthly newsletter, The Tool Box. NAHB informs members of national industry news with the biweekly newspaper, Nation's Building News, and monthly Builder magazine.

Become a part of the annual Siouxland Home Show or come to play golf. The HBA of Greater Siouxland always encourages active networking with others in the building industry. Through HBA Iowa and National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), a member has representation and access to state and national lobbyists and current legislative information.
GIVE SOMETHING BACK TO YOUR COMMUNITY: We have a strong commitment to give back to our local community. The Home Builders Association of Greater Siouxland along with the HBA Women’s Council, annually provides scholarships to graduating high school seniors who plan are planning a higher education. The HBA of Greater Siouxland and its members have contributed to numerous community service projects over the years including the Habitat for Humanity house in 2006 & 2008, improvement projects at Latham Park, and Project Home each year with WITCC instructors and students, to name a few.
